Material & Care

Soft, illustrated charm in a handy square pillowcase. This spun polyester cover with a concealed zipper can be slipped over a favourite insert to add immediate personality to any room.

Features:

  • 100% spun polyester cover resists wrinkles and holds shape
  • Concealed beige zipper with metal pull for a clean finish
  • Pre-constructed square shape (insert not included)

Care instructions:

Remove the pillowscase. Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soap water. Machine wash, max 40°C, normal cycle. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry. Iron, steam or dry low heat only. Do not dry-clean. Fluff to reshape when assembled back together.

Because these pieces are created one at a time rather than in bulk, they take a little longer to reach you than something pulled from a shelf. Making items on demand helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for choosing thoughtfully and with care.

To bring these pieces to life and get them safely to you, I work with trusted production partners. Depending on the item and destination, your order may be shipped directly from one of my partners or may come through Mini Snail Arts for finishing, packaging, and shipping.

Canada: $5 CAD flat-rate shipping
United States: $10 CAD flat-rate shipping
International: $25 CAD flat-rate shipping

Orders of $100 CAD or more ship free within Canada and the United States.

Most items are produced within 2–5 business days. Once production is complete, delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. International orders may take longer depending on location, customs processing, and local carriers.

A tracking link will be sent as soon as your order ships.

Because these items are made to order, small variations in colour or finish can occur. Each piece is created with care and intention, and no two are ever exactly the same.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

All these items are made especially for you after an order is placed. Because of this, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially flawed, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and clear photos. If a problem is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be arranged, depending on the situation.

Each item is created individually, and small variations in color, texture, or finish can naturally occur. These variations are part of the made-to-order process and are not considered defects.
